🚀Welcome to the Adventure!
Welcome to KidsCode! We provide a gamified, block-based learning platform designed to teach children and teenagers coding languages like Python, JavaScript, and HTML through interactive levels, achievements, and friendly leaderboard challenges.
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the KidsCode platform, web app, and related services. Please read them carefully.
🧑Eligibility & Parent Responsibility
KidsCode is designed for children, teenagers, and students aged 9 to 17 years old. We believe in providing a safe and productive environment for young coders.
- Under 13 Years Old: Users under the age of 13 require parental or legal guardian consent to register and participate. A parent's email address is required during signup to facilitate this.
- Parental Responsibility: Parents or guardians of users under the age of 18 are responsible for monitoring their child's screen time, reviewing weekly progress, and ensuring they comply with these Terms.
🔒Account Creation & Security
To access the coding editor, streak tracking, and badges, students must register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate name, email, and parent email during the registration step.
- Keep your login credentials secure. Never share your password or One-Time Passwords (OTPs) with other users.
- Promptly notify our support team if you suspect any unauthorized access to your dashboard.
KidsCode will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

To ensure a friendly and positive environment for all learners, we expect everyone to follow our coding code of conduct:
🚫 Play Ground Rules
By using the platform, you agree that you will not:
- Be disrespectful, bully, or harass other users on leaderboards or public profile settings.
- Cheat, exploit system glitches, or artificially manipulate your XP points, levels, or completion rates.
- Use automated bots or scripts to solve coding tasks or scrape content from the site.

🎨Intellectual Property Rights
We respect creativity, and we want you to understand who owns what on KidsCode:
- KidsCode Content: All lessons, graphics, logos, characters, text, interactive block structures, core game mechanisms, and site coding belong exclusively to KidsCode. You may not copy, sell, or distribute our educational materials without prior written consent.
- Student Projects: The code, blocks, and projects designed by students in the editor remain their own intellectual property. KidsCode is granted a limited license to execute and host the student's code on our web platform so that they can test, debug, and run their creations.
✍️User Content
Users may customize their profiles with names, selected emojis, and avatars. You are fully responsible for the nicknames and user content you choose to display publicly on the leaderboards.
KidsCode reserves the right to review, edit, or remove nicknames or profile components that are offensive, inappropriate for children, or violate third-party rights.
💳Subscriptions & Payments
KidsCode may offer free basic courses alongside premium modules, specialized challenges, or live instructor-led tracks.
- Payment Authorization: All subscriptions or purchases must be authorized by a parent or guardian.
- Pricing: Subscription fees, payment cycles, and renewal terms are clearly stated on our Pricing pages.
